2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use ManaPoster. By using our services, you represent that you are of legal age to form a binding contract.
3. Account Registration
To access premium features, you must register an account using your mobile number. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Monthly Premium Subscription
- ManaPoster offers a monthly premium subscription priced at ₹99/month.
- Premium activation occurs immediately after successful payment confirmation via Razorpay.
- While your subscription is active, you enjoy unlimited HD poster downloads and access to all premium templates.
Automatic Monthly Renewal
- Your subscription will automatically renew every month until you cancel it.
- You can stop future renewals anytime before the next billing cycle through your app settings or by contacting support.
5. User Responsibilities
- You are responsible for the content you create using ManaPoster.
- You must not redistribute, resell, or claim ownership of ManaPoster's designs, templates, or any intellectual property.
- Accounts involved in abuse, fraud, or violation of these terms may be suspended without prior notice.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
- All content, templates, designs, logos, and materials on ManaPoster are the property of ManaPoster.
- You are granted a limited license to use the service for personal and political purposes only.
- Commercial use, resale, or redistribution of ManaPoster content is strictly prohibited.
7. Account Suspension & Termination
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms.
- You may delete your account at any time by contacting our support team.
8. Service Availability
- ManaPoster strives to provide uninterrupted service but does not guarantee 100% uptime.
- We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service with reasonable notice.
- We are not liable for any damages resulting from service interruptions.
9. Limitation of Liability
- ManaPoster is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied.
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our service.
10. Changes to Terms
- We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
- Continued use of the service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
